The Association of Kwong Tong Cemetery Management Kuala Lumpur invites experienced contractors registered with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) classified under Gred G7 and with the relevant financial capability and resources to submit a tender for:
The Construction And Completion Of Main Building Works For The Proposed Development Of A 13-Storey Pagoda On Lot 507, Section 69, Jalan Dewan Bahasa, (Jalan Lapangan Terbang Lama), Dalam Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur .
Interested contractors are required to register with the Consultant Quantity Surveyor:

Only contractors who have registered their companies with the Consultant Quantity Surveyor will be issued with the official letters of invitation to collect the tender documents.
Tender documents can be collected on Monday, 17 th . September 2007 ( 9.00 am to 5.00 pm ) from the office of the Consultant Quantity Surveyor on payment of a non-refundable tender documentation fee of RM3,000.00

The Association of Kwong Tong Cemetery Management Kuala Lumpur is not obliged to accept the lowest tender, any tender or to provide reasons for the rejection of tender.
All expenses incurred in connection with this tender shall be borne by the tenderers. |
